INPS Welfare - Management of Public Employees is the app intended for all public employees, enrolled in the unitary management of credit and social services, who wish to always be updated on the initiatives promoted by the National Social Security Institute that fall within the Welfare area and interact with them, providing a direct access point with the INPS Welfare world.The app allows, after authentication with a tax code and PIN (identification code issued via the INPS portal or contact center), to:- Access your personal area which contains all personal information;- Consult your practices, viewing both a detail on past and current requests;- Choose which calls to display, deepening the relative details for each of them.There is also all the information on current and future calls, through a direct link to the resources on the Institutes portal, which the user can consult even without entering their credentials.In this version, all the information of interest to public employees who have requested the Home Care Premium service can be consulted through the functions:• Main services;• Questions Sent;• Supplementary services;• Follow the practice process.The FAQ section is always updated with frequently asked questions to answer recurring questions and meet user needs, in order to provide an always intuitive experience.Later releases will include additional features to interact with.
